Wood Wall Hanging with real flowers

Flowers grown from my own Michigan garden as well as local handpicked wild flowers are dried and pressed then placed on a frame base then covered with epoxy resin.  All parts are preserved leaving a natural 3D texture.  The frame is suitable for hanging.

Centerpiece and Vanity Trays

Dried Flowers are placed in ‘vessels’; wood, galvanized and vintage then covered with layers of epoxy resin.  All parts are preserved leaving a natural texture.  These are functional pieces for entry way, coffee table or dresser that can also be an art piece propped up or on an easel.

Round Wood with Metal Handle Trays  

Handpicked and dried flowers on a round wood base then covered with layers epoxy resin.  The resin is sanded then another layer of resin is added leaving the surface smooth.

Some of my favorite flowers for wall and hanging artwork include Cosmos, Dahlias, Daisies, Pansies, Zinnias, Irises, Delphinium and Lavender.  Wildflowers such as Queen Anne's Lace, various ferns and grasses are used as well.  These are only a few of the many varieties used in the artwork.
